1. General Information
Eny Therese Photography – Paris, is under our company MOMENT IN FRAME, SAS, is a photography service provider based in Paris, France. We offer a variety of photography services, including but not limited to vacation photography, event photography, pre-wedding / wedding photography, commercial shoots, custom photography requests and more.

2. Booking, Reservation and Payment
2.1 Booking Process : To reserve a photography session or service, a booking request must be made via our website, email, or phone. Upon agreeing to the service, a contract will be drafted, which outlines the specifics of the session.
For special request project photography, we will make a quotation based on the requirement of the project.
For online booking, the client must complete the online booking form on our website. A confirmed booking requires a valid email address, selected service package, date and time, and payment of the deposit or full payment as described below.
2.2 Reservation confirmation : After receiving the booking form, the photographer will send a confirmation email with session details : Service package, date, time and location to meet.
The client’s reservation is ONLY CONFIRMED once the deposit or full payment is processed.
2.3 Payment Terms :
– Deposit : a non-refundable deposit fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 day (24 hours) before the event, on the day of the shoot.
– Accepted Payment Methods : Payments can be made via website using : credit / debit card, Paypal, bank transfer.
– Pricing and Taxes : All prices are listed in EURO, inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but once the booking is confirmed, the agreed-upon price will apply.
2.4 Cancellation and Rescheduling :
– Client Cancellation : if the client cancels the booking more than 7 days before the session, the deposit or full amount that has been paid, will be refunded, minus any processing fees / un-refundable expenses that has been spent to fulfill the project photoshoot. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are not eligible for the refund.
FOR SPECIAL PROJECT there will be special arragement about Cancellation and Refund that will be mention on the page of the project.
– Photographer Cancellation : In the event that the Photographer is unable to provide services due to illness, emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer will offer a full refund or a rescheduled session.
– Rescheduling : If the client needs to reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible up to 1 day (24 hours) before the session date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Rescheduling less than 24 hours, is not possible, the show must go on. Or the payment will not refunded.
3. Photo Session
3.1 Scope of Services: The services provided will be as agreed upon during the booking process and outlined in the contract. Any additional requests not included in the original booking may incur extra charges.
3.2 Time and Location: The agreed session time and location are specified in the contract. Should you need to change the location or timing, additional charges may apply, and we cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled sessions.
For the sessions requiring travel beyond a specified radius from Paris, additional travel fee may apply.
3.3 Equipment: We use professional-grade photography equipment to ensure the highest quality images. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from unexpected equipment malfunctions, but we will do our best to provide a suitable resolution.
3.4 Client Cooperation and Responsibilities :
– The client agrees to cooperate with the Photographer during the session.
– The client agrees to arrive on time for the session. Late arrivals may result in a reduced the photography session. If the client is not present or available at the scheduled time, the session may be canceled, and the payment will not be refunded.
The photographer will offer guidance, but the client’s preferences and requests for the style and setting will be considered.
Venue Access: The client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions are obtained for photography in public or private locations, including the use of props, costumes or models.
Wardrobe and Styling: Unless specified in the service package, clients are responsible for arranging their wardrobe and styling.
4. Delivery of Images
4.1 Processing and Editing: All successful Images will be professionally edited in High Resolution Quality and delivered to the client within 7 days after the session.
4.2 Delivery Method: The final images will be delivered via google drive, downloadable link will be shared via WhatsApp or email to the client. The google drive link will be connected for 1 month for transferring the files.
4.3 Image Rights and Usage :
– The photographer retains full copyright over all images.
– The client is granted a personal license to use the images for personal purposes, including printing, sharing and displaying them.
– The photographer reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including online portfolios, social media, and marketing materials, unless the client requests in writing that their images remain private before photoshoot.
5. Liability & Indemnity
5.1 Limitations of Liability: The photographer will take reasonable care in providing photography services. However, the photographer will not be held liable for any damage, loss or injury occurring during the session, accept in case of negligence. Our liability to the client is limited to the total amount paid for the session.
5.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing our services due to events beyond our control, unforeseen events such as illness, natural disasters, technical issues, or governmental restrictions (e.g. lockdowns)
6. Privacy & Data Protection
6.1 Personal Information: By booking our services, the client consent to the collection and processing of their personal information for the purposes of completing your booking and providing the photography services.
6.2 GDPR Compliance: In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), your personal data will be stored securely, and you have the right to access, modify, or delete any personal data we hold.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or these terms will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be published on our website, and the updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication.
9. Acceptance of Terms :
By competing a booking on our website, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Term and Conditions.
